1.1 Quotation Submission:
The client’s accepted quotation is considered the basis for commencing execution.

Work shall not begin until an official contract is signed between the client and the company.

1.3 Repair Invoice:
A separate invoice is issued for residential complex repairs (e.g., electrical faults, plumbing, safety systems, cameras, elevators, air conditioning).
If the client refuses to pay the invoice, the company bears no responsibility for future malfunctions.

The client must pay both the contract amount and the repair invoice together.

After full payment, the management sends a one-year operational schedule outlining the work plan.
